Terms of Service – Educational Classes
Effective Date: 02/10/2026
By registering for and attending any class, webinar, or educational session offered by Ask Kerry 360, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Educational Purpose Only
All classes and materials provided by Ask Kerry 360 are for general educational and informational purposes only. The information presented is based on commonly used insurance policy language, general industry practices, and nationwide standards.
Nothing presented during the class constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Insurance coverage advice
- Claim-specific guidance
- Public adjusting services
2. No Individual Claim Advice
Ask Kerry 360 does not review, interpret, or advise on any attendee’s specific insurance policy, coverage, or claim during these classes.
Each insurance policy and claim is unique. Coverage determinations depend on the full policy language, endorsements, exclusions, and facts of loss.
3. No Representation or Advocacy
Attendance in a class does not create:
- A client relationship
- A public adjuster relationship
- An agent, attorney, or fiduciary relationship
Ask Kerry 360 does not represent attendees in connection with any insurance claim.
4. Consultations
Attendees may independently seek a separate consultation with an appropriately licensed professional if they wish to discuss their individual situation. Any such consultation, if available, is separate from and unrelated to class attendance and subject to all applicable laws and licensing requirements.
5. No Guarantees
Ask Kerry 360 makes no guarantees regarding claim outcomes, coverage determinations, settlement amounts, or insurer actions. Insurance claims are determined by policy language, facts, and insurer decisions.
6. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
If a registered attendee cannot attend their scheduled class:
- The attendee must contact Ask Kerry 360 at consulting@askkerry.com
- The request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time
Upon timely request, the attendee may choose one of the following:
- Reschedule to a future class date (subject to availability), OR
- Receive a full refund of the class registration fee
Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for refund.
Failure to attend a class without prior written notice does not qualify for refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe in accordance with payment processor policies.
7. Access & Use
Class access is granted to the registered attendee only. Sharing access, recordings, links, or materials is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ask Kerry 360 shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of information presented during the class.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Ask Kerry 360 is committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
If you have any issue regarding billing, scheduling, or class access, you agree to contact us directly at:
before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
By registering for a class and submitting payment, you acknowledge:
- You have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
- You understand the refund and cancellation policy.
- You agree to follow the stated refund process before disputing a charge.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ask Kerry 360 to request a refund in accordance with the stated policy may be considered a breach of these Terms.
Ask Kerry 360 reserves the right to:
- Provide documentation of registration, acceptance of Terms, and attendance records to the payment processor.
- Dispute improper or fraudulent chargebacks.
- Deny future registrations from individuals who initiate unwarranted payment disputes.
10. Agreement
By registering for a class and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
